Raymond Braun graduated from University of Texas-Austin in 1980.He is a CPA and worked for Coopers and Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers) for 17 years. He was a partner in the firm in Austin, Texas and was responsible for audits and business transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, and Secondary Offerings. He left the firm to become Chief Financial Officer of a multi-million dollar international publicly traded toy company and later became President and Chief Operating Officer. While the money was great, he had absolutely no time freedom and took only 1 vacation in over 20 years. He later left the corporate world to start his own business. He now owns 4 businesses, the largest being a hard money lending business to real estate investors.

Janie Braun began her career with Southwestern Bell Telecommunications Company in 1978 and spent her last 15 years as a director responsible for a variety of organizations throughout the corporation. She directed organizations such as training and development, product development, marketing, customer service, sales operations, billing operations, and strategic planning. Her assignment prior to retiring in June 2009 was business development and strategic planning for a $5B Supplier Diversity organization.

Raymond and Janie are also Founders of the Kayla Elvira Mungaray Music Scholarship Foundation, a 501c3 certified charity founded in 2004. Janie serves as President of the Foundation. Raymond serves as Chairman of the Scholarship Selection Committee. The Foundation has awarded thousands of dollars in college scholarships.

Raymond joined the Direct Selling industry in 2008. In 1 year, working the business on a part time basis, Raymond’s income from Direct Sales replaced Janie’s 6 figure income with AT&T and positioned him to announce Janie’s retirement 10 years earlier than planned.
Immediately following her retirement Janie joined her husband in their direct selling business.

In their last company, which they were at for 12 years, they were recognized in the Top 20 income earner in The Americas.

They have been profiled in Success from Home magazine. Today, Janie remains retired and Raymond continues to operate 3 other businesses. Together they are growing their direct selling business and changing a lot of lives.
