By purchasing this trip, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before finalizing your booking.

1. Agency & Third-Party Suppliers: We act as an agent for third-party suppliers, including but not limited to, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies. We do not own, manage, or operate these suppliers. Your booking is subject to the terms and conditions of these third-party providers. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, or defaults on the part of these suppliers that may result in loss, damage, delay, injury, or death.

2. Itinerary & Pricing: All itineraries and prices are subject to change until the final booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to change or cancel a trip or a specific service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, weather, natural disasters, political instability, or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative or a refund, as per the supplier's policy.

3. Traveler's Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that you and all members of your traveling party have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documentation for all destinations on the itinerary. It is your sole responsibility to be aware of and comply with all applicable laws, customs, and health regulations of the countries you visit. We are not liable for any costs or damages incurred due to your failure to comply with these requirements.

4. Assumption of Risk: Travel, especially international travel, involves inherent risks. By booking this trip, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel, including but not limited to, the risk of disease, injury, property damage, or loss.

5. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal liability, and baggage loss. We are not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of your failure to obtain adequate insurance.

6. Payment Plan & Cancellation Policy: This trip is available for purchase via a three-payment plan. The first payment is due at the time of booking. The second payment will be charged to your card on file one month after the initial charge. The third and final payment will be charged two months after the initial charge. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up-to-date and that funds are available on the scheduled due dates. If a payment fails to process and is not successfully paid within three (3) days of its due date, your trip and all associated reservations will be cancelled, and any payments made to date will not be refunded.

7. No Refunds, Cancellations, or Transfers: All trip purchases are final. Trips are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Once a booking is made, it cannot be refunded, cancelled, or transferred to another individual or date.

8. Payments & Credits: Viago Points and event credits cannot be used towards the purchase of this trip. If event credits are applied at checkout, they will be removed, and the corresponding amount will be charged to the credit card on file.

9. Riu Santa Fe & Riu Palace Access: Guests with rooms at the Riu Santa Fe will not be able to access the Riu Palace. Guests with rooms at the Riu Palace will be able to access the Riu Santa Fe. All events will be held at the Riu Santa Fe.
