By registering for and attending this Viago event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. All event registration sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Event locations, dates, times, and programming are subject to change. Viago reserves the right to reschedule any event.
Viago Points & Pricing
Please note that the price listed for this trip already has 200 Viago Points automatically applied. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary points available. If there are insufficient Viago Points in your account at the time of processing, your card on file will be charged an additional $200 USD per room to cover the balance.
Optional Payment Plan & Installments
If you have selected the optional 2-installment plan, the following terms and schedule apply:

Payment Schedule:

1st Installment: Due at the time of booking.

2nd Installment: 30 Days Post Booking.

Responsibility: It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that funds are available on each scheduled due date.

Failed Payments: If a payment is unsuccessful on the scheduled due date, you will have three (3) calendar days to rectify the payment and will be subject to a late payment fee.

Automatic Cancellation: If the payment is not successfully processed within this 3-day grace period, your booking will be automatically cancelled, and the room will be released.

Forfeiture: As per our refund policy, any previous installments paid toward a cancelled booking are non-refundable.
Payment terms:
Payment is due at time of registration. Price of registration may increase for onsite or late registration. Event registration sales are final and non-refundable. It is possible to change the participant information to allow a replacement to attend the event in your place up-to 24 hours prior to the event start.
Event locations, dates, times, and programming are subject to change. Viago retains the right to cancel or postpone the event. Should the event be cancelled or postponed, ticket will be transferrable to new date or to an event of equal value. Waiver
Consent to the Use of Photographic Images: Registrations and attendance at, or participation Viago events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to Viago use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
Liability Waiver & Release
In consideration of being allowed to register for, and participate in, the events I hereby warrant and represent that I am age 18 or above and freely waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue Viago or its members, employees, board members, ambassadors, or volunteers for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage, or property theft or actions of any kind that I may hereafter suffer or sustain before during or after the event unless said expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage or property theft or actions of any kind is caused by the sole, gross negligence of Viago. This Waiver and Releases is specifically binding upon my heirs and assigns and is knowingly given.
Payment Plan & Cancellation Policy: This trip is available for purchase via a two month installment-payment plan. The first payment is due at the time of booking. The second payment will be charged to your card on file 30 days following initial payment. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up-to-date and that funds are available on the scheduled due dates. If a payment fails to process and is not successfully paid within three (3) days of its due date, your trip and all associated reservations will be cancelled, and any payments made to date will not be refunded.
